Duties include:
* Leading client planning groups to create tailored recovery plans
* Maintaining high standards of case management and timely record keeping
* Contributing to therapy team reviews, case reviews and staff meetings
To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant Health, Social or Welfare degree/qualification with one year's experience or an Associate Diploma with relevant experience.
