Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a highly professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Melbourne.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service, managing the front office reception, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors and employees
* Maintain office technology and phones
* Perform weekly stocktake of stationery and supplies
* Maintain the reception area
* Assist with catering and café duties
* Support new starters with Welcome Packs and other duties
* Collate outgoing mail and sort incoming mail
About You
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint, and a professional presentation.
