The Role: 
Our client is currently looking for a fulltime Assistant Administration Manager - an experienced property administrator with solid financial skills, stakeholder management (tenant relations), and strong centre operations understanding to join one of the industries most experienced Centre Managers, working on an asset in Melbourne's west. 
The role entails providing support to the Centre Management team this includes processing of accounts, reviewing rent roll, tenant debt management and lease administration, assist with banking processes and monitor supplier invoices. 
About You: 
You will have previous experience in an administration and/or finance role within property - ideally in shopping centres/ retail, though other asset classes will be considered. You will be familiar with lease agreements, arrears collection and have great relationship skills, and an eagerness to get involved/exposed to all aspects of centre management
