**Join our family in this role**:
Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager you will be responsible for all administrative and reporting activities within the Supply Chain function, including; invoice verification, engagement with suppliers, coordinating safety meetings, order releasing, managing picking and delivery schedules.
- Key responsibilities: _
- Liaise with shift supervisors and team leaders and ensure timely purchase of consumables
- Verification and checks of invoices, dispute resolution with suppliers
- Ensure checks and reporting of financial and operational activities is completed on time with high level of accuracy
- Liaise with Accounts to ensure invoices are accurate and submitted timely for processing
- Manage regular stores' picking and delivery schedule and communicate any changes around Public Holidays
- Ensure daily store orders are released in WMS in line with the picking and delivery schedule
- Liaising with 3PL provider re inbound shipments and processing related invoices; as well as checking inventory variances between systems
- Coordinate 3PL deliveries to stores and be the point of contact for any related queries
- Assisting with the onboarding and induction of new staff
- Provides analytic capability and analysis for logistics management for improved decision making
- Sourcing quotes from multiple suppliers
- Managing suppliers to ensure on time delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate safety meetings, hazard & incident reporting and ensure any safety items are allocated and completed on time
- Back-up support for various Supply Chain functions including Inbound, Outbound, Online, Inventory, transport, pallet control.
- Maintaining and updating accurate information and documentation.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices in consultation with other leaders
- Documentation and maintenance of SOPs based on input from Line Managers

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Sound knowledge and experience with warehouse operations - mainly picking, packing, and dispatching
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Self-motivated, high attention to detail, professional and hardworking
- Proactive team player
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
