**Your new company** 
Our client is a construction company located in Footscray. They are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team.
**Your new role** 
You will be the heart of the company running the office operations and supporting other business activities. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the reception and office management, while also providing support to the Director of Operations and Director of Constructions. This in a great opportunity is you enjoy variety as your responsibilities will combine general administration duties, marketing, projects, accounts, and Integrated Management System:
- Coordinate meetings and preparation of meeting presentations 
- Social medial and website management 
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as directed 
- Reception duties 
- Assist and support the directors 
- Bank reconciliation using Xero 
- Payable and receivable 
- Office coordinator duties 
- Budget reporting
70% of this role is Administration, and 30% is Bookkeeping.
**What you'll need to succeed** 
In order to succeed in this role you will have to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and time management. Previous experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
