We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage internal and committee events
* Support to Managing Directors with their expenses, timesheets and travel as needed
* Answer phone calls when available and act as backup support for reception
* Cover reception lunch breaks and leave
Additional Tasks:
* Process accounts payable invoices
* Reconciliation of corporate credit card
* Management of the archiving process via Iron Mountain
* Act as the warden for emergency evacuation procedures
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond when required. They will also be highly computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
