About The Opportunity
As Part-Time Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and client needs.
* Managing advertising and marketing campaign operations
* Processing client orders and customer invoicing tasks
* Managing vendor warranty registration requirements
* Liaising with clients and suppliers on daily matters
* Coordinating travel plans and administrative support duties
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration or administrative support
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate MYOB experience
* Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner
* Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
* Proactive, mature, and detail-oriented approach to work
* Experience in the IT or technology sector and supplier coordination
* Exposure to marketing administration; business qualifications preferred
