MJD Recruitment is partnering with a leading ASX-listed organisation to find an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives. The role offers exposure to both People & Culture and Legal functions, including board and compliance processes, and will be integral in ensuring deadlines, documentation, and processes are managed with the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage diaries and inboxes for two senior executives, coordinating internal and external meetings, agendas, and papers
* Arrange domestic travel and manage expenses, including corporate credit card reconciliation
* Prepare, format, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, and board papers
* Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and version control
* Maintain sensitive and confidential legal and governance documentation, statutory registers, and compliance records
* Act as a key liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external parties
* Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with strict document discipline
* Ensure deadlines are met, competing priorities are managed efficiently, and processes adhere to governance standards
About You
* Extensive EA experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
* Comfortable in a governance-heavy or ASX-listed corporate environment
* Understanding of board processes and compliance requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy
* High levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word and PowerPoint essential)
* Calm, structured, and organised approach to administrative tasks
