DESCRIPTION
What are your duties?
Your duties may consist of the following:
4. Diary and inbox management
5. Assisting in the organisations of meetings such as sending out meeting invitations, sending agendas to attendees, organising board and other papers required, booking catering etc
6. Travel management
7. Minute taking
8. Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
9. Collection and management of confidential organisational information
10. Creating strong working relationships with colleagues
11. Proficient with using MS Office suite and Outlook
12. Draft, review and send out correspondence on behalf of executives
13. Adhoc tasks when required
What will you need?
To be considered for these roles, you should have the following:
14. Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
15. For Government roles, previous Public Sector experience is extremely desirable
16. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
17. Great stakeholder management
18. Ability to be flexible and adaptable
