About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Out of Home Care Health Pathway Program, along with broader services within the Child, Youth & Family Division, based in Orange. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient and professional operation of our services.
In this role, you will coordinate, prioritise and monitor the day‑to‑day administrative workflow of the Out of Home Care Health Pathway Program to deliver a high‑quality service to improve patient experience. You will provide administrative and clerical support, including diary management, travel arrangements, payroll and leave processing, and managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will have a high degree of accountability and customer service, with a focus on compassion and kindness.
This role sits within the wider Child, Youth & Family division, where you will develop and maintain strong working relationships with staff across the district, support collaboration and prioritise promoting a positive, respectful and effective workplace culture.

* Remuneration: $71,072.34 – $73,287.47 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)
