**The Role**:
- Supporting the Director of the business.
- Diary management.
- Database entry & management.
- Generate and write compelling new property listings.
- Keep listings up-to-date with timely updates.
- Help assist day to day business dealings.
- General administration duties.
- 1-2+ years recent experience in real estate (commercial or residential).
- Certificate of registration - essential.
- High level of communication and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Solid written & verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus.
- Well-presented.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable car.
