Your new role
We have an opportunity for an individual to join our Strategy & Risk team as Program Management Administration Officer on a full-time, fixed term basis to 30 June 2024. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Risk, the successful candidate will support the IBAC Implementation Program, working with key stakeholders across the business to assist in program and project delivery activities.
Duties include:
1. Provide business level administration and support for the Program including the coordination of enhancements, reporting formats, and tailoring to IBAC's project delivery environment.
2. Establish and maintain effective working relationships to facilitate collaboration and the flow of information across IBAC.
3. Develop high-level reports including briefing notes, project documents, status reports and presentations on complex subject matters.
4. Provide Secretariat services, including documenting minutes and agendas across all 12 key Projects.
5. Refine existing Program practices in line with changing requirements and develop fit for purpose and robust practices and frameworks whilst managing the overall governance and controls.

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and capabilities:
6. Understanding of project management methodology, governance, and standards.
7. Experience in project delivery.
8. Ability to provide Secretariat services including minutes, agendas, and management of RAID Register (Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions)
