Office Administrator / Executive Assistant

Part-Time | 3 Days per Week

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Office Administrator / Executive Assistant to support our growing business. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable supporting senior management in a fast-moving environment.

This role would suit an experienced administrator or EA looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a long-term opportunity within a professional and well-run organisation.

The role can accomodate for family friendly hours (school drop off / pickup requirments)

About the Role

You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly, providing day-to-day office administration and executive support to senior management. The role requires someone who is highly organised, discreet, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative and executive support to senior management

* Managing calendars, meetings, appointments, and correspondence

* Coordinating travel and logistics as required

* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

* General office administration and coordination

* Maintaining filing systems, records, and internal documentation

* Liaising with staff, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders

* Assisting with onboarding, HR, and compliance administration

* Supporting ad-hoc projects and business initiatives

About You

* Proven experience in office administration or executive support

* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in office administration or executive support required

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Technological savvy and have the ability to learn and adapt to new software

* Proficiency required in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook

* Able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision

* Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable

* Australian work rights are required for this position.
