We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Sports Directorate across our St Kilda Road and Elsternwick campuses. Reporting to the Head of Sport, this role is responsible for delivering high-level administrative support to the Sports Directorate. This is a dynamic and varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the College Head of Sport, Heads of Campus Sport, and Head Coaches.
* Support student sport selections and related communications, including liaison with APS/AGSV schools.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and manage documentation for Sports Executive and Directorate meetings.
* Maintain accurate student sport records, data entry (Synergetic and other systems) and generate relevant reports.
* Manage financial administration including processing invoices and maintaining contact and distribution lists.
* Support the planning and organisation of sporting events, training camps and general Sports Directorate operations.
* A current Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.
This is a full-time appointment commencing March 2026.
