Our world-leading freight forwarding client is currently looking for an experienced Data Entry Operator to join and grow within their team.
**The Role**
As a Data entry operator/Customer Service team member, your responsibilities will involve:
- Data Entry
- Administration work
- Tracking shipments
- Responsible to make inbound/outbound calls
- Communication with external and internal customers
- Liaising with clients to facilitate their orders
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
**Requirements**:
In order to establish your career within this position, you will require the following attributes and attitude:
- At least 6 months of experience in a data entry/administration position
- Computer skills essential ie Microsoft Office etc.
- Ability to thrive and keep up with a rapid paced and high pressure environment
- High attention to detail
- The desire to grow and form a long-term career within the company
- Experience in administration or data entry in a freight forwarding or logistics company highly desirable
- Positive personalities and attitude
