Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

* Provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support work
* Calendar management with a strong sensitivity to prioritisation in mind whilst scheduling various events
* Stakeholder management, professionally handling senior colleagues and executives, engaging with the wider business to coordinate etc.
* Inbox management, handling, at times, high volumes of correspondence in a timely and concise manner
* Assistance with developing and distributing documents such as reports and presentations
* Ad-hoc administrative and other supporting tasks


We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

* Prior EA/PA experience within a similarly large organisation highly regarded
* High value stakeholder management, able to reason and rebuff firmly whilst remaining professional
* Outstanding level of attention to detail, can consistently deliver quality work
* Proficiency in handling ambiguity, able to independently seek clarity and navigate through scenarios with unknowns
* Well-developed time management skills, can understand the 'big‑picture' and prioritise accordingly and at times pre‑emptively
* Proactive attitude
