**About the role**

This is an incredible opportunity for a talented, experienced, loyal and proactive Personal Assistant to join a highly successful property developer.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be working with internal and external Sales teams to administer, coordinate and implement tasks and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

Their goal will be to support, coach, educate, develop and empower you to become an expert in the property sales cycle.

**Responsibilities**

Supporting a fast-paced team of Sales Consultants, you will be responsible for all administration and coordination to ensure the smooth running of the sales function. This includes but is not limited to;
- A key point of contact for Sales Consultants and third-party sales agents for sales-related administration tasks
- Assist the sales teams with day-to-day requirements
- Act as a conduit between Sales Consultants & Agents, and internal functions, such as Marketing, Development, and Contracts Administration
- Work closely with the Marketing team and offer overflow support
- Liaise with Development regarding client and/or Sales Consultant queries on product and project, including variation queries and quotes
- Support both the Sales function, internal and external contract-associated staff to process sales contracts, and associated contract-related documentation
- On occasion, this may also include conducting appointments and/or site and property tours

**Skills / Experience**

You will be an experienced Personal Assistant with a strong focus on customer service and helping others, as well as:

- Experience in a similar role in the Real Estate/Property industry is highly regarded although not essential
- A desire to continue to develop your career
- The ability to manage & organise multiple administrative tasks & projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
