The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin / Accounts Assistant to support our front office and administration team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and has strong data entry skills.
You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, support quote and job setup by updating internal systems, and assist with general scheduling and administration tasks as required. You will also support accounts payable through invoice data entry in MYOB.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries
* Support quote and job setup by updating internal systems
* Accounts payable invoice data entry only in MYOB
* Scan, file, and maintain accurate records and documentation
* General office administration and reception duties as required
About You
* Previous experience in an administration, reception, or front office role would be highly regarded
* Comfortable with data entry and basic accounting systems (MYOB experience preferred)
* High attention to detail and well-organised work habits
* Reliable, proactive, and able to manage routine tasks efficiently
* Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
Hours & Flexibility
This is a part-time position, working 4 to 5 days per week, 8:00am–4:00pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
