The Firm:
Our client is a thriving and growing organization, with an intimate office in Melbourne. They run a multidisciplinary practice covering a broad range of areas of accounting. You will work on matters relating to liaising with ASIC and the ATO, managing lodgements, answering incoming calls, and assisting the broader accounting team with ad-hoc duties. The clientele they service is very diverse, and they will take on files from clients from all walks of life.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, and working close with 5 other friendly Administrators, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Collating client Tax Returns and Financials
Lodging Tax Returns
Liaising with Government Agencies
Assisting with monitoring and managing social media for the business
Updating client details on the database
Answering incoming calls and assisting with clients and their needs
About you:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a team and autonomously
The ability to work in a faced-paced environment
Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - both internal and external
Detail oriented and organized
