**ROLE**
Reporting to the Installation & Warranty Manager, the role of the Warranty Administrator is to provide accurate and timely administrative processes for the Warranty Team with a high level of customer service and accuracy, in line with builder and organisational expectations.
Your day-to-day will also include:
- Develop & utilise product knowledge of the range of hard floorings and their installation processes.
- Action incoming warranty inspection requests by booking site inspections, warranty rectifications and repairs.
- Communicate and book warranty inspections effectively using clear, professional written and verbal means, with homeowners, building supervisors, installers, inspectors and other trades.
- Assess inspection reports and provide appropriate and accurate advice and escalate any technical issues to the Field Service Manager
- Organise inspection reports and provide quotes for sign-off by the Field Service Manager
- Create and process purchase orders and book and print jobs to the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner.
- Effectively communicate and follow up regarding the status of warranty jobs with supervisors, homeowners and installers in an efficient & timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls as required and action or escalate
**YOU**
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Intermediate level of technical flooring installation knowledge
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks based on month-end deadlines
- Experience in using Autodesk Design review
- Friendly and engaging while being professional and genuine
