We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Support in the Department of Respiratory Medicine at The Alfred.
The Role
This role will focus on providing support to our specialised Lung Cancer and Lung Nodules clinics.
Duties include managing new referrals, scheduling appointments and clinic follow-up, maintaining up-to-date clinic spreadsheets and supporting our multidisciplinary team meetings.
You will also provide support to our clinic team, including nursing and medical staff.
Experience And Skills Required
Demonstrated experience in clinic administration is essential, as are strong computer skills.
Strong organisational skills are required, as is the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, excellence in written and oral communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail is required.
