Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC, for a Finance Administration Manager. The successful candidate will oversee financial processes, including financial statements preparation, company payroll, financial reporting, and overall administration management of a structured professional office that supports a national business operation. This is a hands on leadership role managing an administration team of four and reporting to the Chief Operations Manager & Managing Director. The role will also require cash flow management, statutory obligation management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Finance Administration Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making processes through detailed financial analysis and strong management capability.
