Monash Health is excited to announce we are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Personal Assistant who acts as first point of contact for Casey Site Administration who can provide a range of administrative and organisational support to Casey Hospital Site Administration. This position provides personal assistant support to site based Directors of Clinical Operations. The role interacts with a wide range of stakeholders to support site related activities.
This positions purpose is to create an excellent first impression of Monash Health by providing a friendly, courteous and professional greeting to all visitors to Casey Site Administration either by telephone, in person or via email.
About You
1. Reception, and Customer Services skills and experience
2. Intermediate - Advanced knowledge / skill of Microsoft Office Applications
3. Advanced interpersonal skills and communication skills - oral and written
4. Work Practices that reflect safe practice according to documented policies and procedures
5. Excellent time management skills and ability to complete task within timeframes and meet deadlines
