As a leading Melbourne firm known for its great culture, our client is seeking a switched-on and enthusiastic Litigation Legal Secretary to support a Senior Partner and Lawyers.
**Responsibilities will include: -**
- Drafting of court documents and correspondence
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Monthly billing and account management
- Opening and closing files
- Online court filing
- General Administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing)
- Answering and directing phone calls (clients)
