Document Management Role
The Snowy 2.0 project is a major infrastructure development in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW.
This role will be responsible for managing document submissions from subcontractors to internal teams, and FGJV to SHL.
* Provide advice and coaching to subcontractors and internal staff on project document control procedures.
* Manage the flow of internal process documentation to/from the Construction Director (Site construction teams, Procurement, IT, HR, Recruitment, Plant & Equipment, Technical, HSE, Environment).
* Ensure timely attendance entry in E7 for blue collar / white collar staff.
The successful candidate will have experience working in administration roles within large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works.
The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills across different levels and sound negotiation skills.
