Our client is a leader in the construction sector, and they are now seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for their professional offices, to provide secretarial, organizational and administrative support to the Director.
FULL TIME IN OFFICE NOT WORKING FROM HOME.
**Key performance criteria include**:
- Coordination and administration of general day-to-day work activities, events, workshops, meetings etc
- Managing diaries
- Preparation of formal documents and reports
- Ensuring the successful day-to-day management of the company
- Coordinating any travel
- Bookkeeping skills preferred but not required
- Knowledge on Xero would be a benefit but required
