About the Role:
The Finance and Administration Manager will provide accounting technical support, deliver key monthly reports to GM-level stakeholders, and lead an offshore high-performing team.
Critical Tasks:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing offshore finance and administration team of up to 10 employees
* Build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve commercial success and a greater understanding of operational impacts on financial outcomes
* Provide business, economic, and industry insight to senior business leaders
* Review policies and procedures to maintain robust practices and support the external Audit process
* Drive business improvement and process improvement projects
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at GM level
About You:
You are a self-starter with ideas, initiatives, and a forward-thinking approach. You possess commercial acumen and an understanding of key business drivers.
You have a track record of effectively supporting Executive level stakeholders and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a people manager/supervisor/team leader in related fields such as accounting, finance, financial reporting, or collections.
