Are you an experienced Office or Administration professional looking for a flexible role within a warm, established and highly regarded boutique firm?

Our client is a well-respected accounting practice located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. With long-standing clients and a genuinely cohesive team, this firm is known for its supportive culture, approachable leadership and strong community reputation.

This opportunity is ideal for someone seeking balance - offering 3 days per week (15 hours) in a stable and collaborative environment.

The Role

As the Office Adminsitrator, you will be the integral part of the practice, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while working closely with the Senior leadership

Key Responsibilities.

* Be responsibile for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Support a small administration team
* Liaise confidently with clients via phone and email
* Support billing coordination and general practice administration
* Maintain systems, databases and internal processes
* Work closely with the Practice Manager and Partners, Office Manager to ensure operational efficiency
* Attend to part of the Office admin work

What You will Bring

* Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accoyunts Receivable administrative role
* Confident communicator with a professional and warm phone manner
* Comfortable speaking with clients and building rapport
* Ability to work autonomousely
* Mature, calm and easy-going personality
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Strong systems skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
