Salary packaging, EAP and wellbeing programs available.About The RoleThe Administration Officer works within the Health Information Services (HIS) team.
The role supports HIS administrative functions related to upholding the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act ****, the Mental Health Tribunal (MHT) operations, Freedom of Information and Release of Information processes, HealthHub, Parkville Connect, CMI/ODS data entry and validation and other duties as needed.
The role is part of the team that governs health information and supports the operational management of health information to clinical teams in community, inpatient, residential and specialist areas.What You'll DoSupport Freedom of Information, Release of Information and Mental Health Tribunal processesMedical record maintenance, compiling, scanning and uploading of documentationAssist and maintain high standards of privacy, confidentiality and other areas of Health Information governanceSupport the day-to-day activities of the Health Information ServicesAbout YouDemonstrated clerical experience and administrative skillExperience working in a healthcare setting, particularly in mental health or health information servicesGood attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skillsEnjoy working collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisationReady to Make a Difference?
