ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (PART-TIME)

We're seeking an Administration Manager to join our team and provide valuable administrative assistance to our senior management and operations teams on a part time basis, with flexibility to work longer hours during peak times.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Management of small administration team
- Day-to-day running of support office
- Client reporting
- Organising events and travel arrangements
- Kitchen registration compliance
- Organising meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Communication from the support office to our operations and site teams
- Updates to website and social media
- Reviewing/updating administration processes and procedures to reflect current practice
- Driving a continuous improvement culture
**What you bring to the role**:
- Previous experience as an Administration Manager
- Experience managing a small team and delegating tasks
- Advanced skills in Office based software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience in design software (Canva or similar) and website design
- Ability to build relationships across the organisation and with suppliers and clients
- A critical eye to review procedures and processes and make relevant improvements
- Understanding of continuous improvement culture
