Job Title: Administration Officer

Join our Corpus Christi Primary School team in Term 4 as an Administration Officer. We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and cheerful professional who brings a smile and positivity to our front office every day.

Corpus Christi Primary School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team in Term 4 2025. This is a key operational role, vital to the efficient and smooth day to day running of our school. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, professional, and brings a warm, welcoming presence to our community.

The position reports directly to the Principal. The FTE will be negotiated with the successful applicant.


Key Responsibilities

* Operate and manage school systems, including ICON and nForma.
* Manage daily student attendance.
* Manage enrolments from enquiry through to confirmation.
* Assist in maintaining the VIT and WWCC register.
* Provide general administrative support and other office duties as directed by the Principal.


Key Selection Criteria

* Ability to warmly welcome and support students, families, staff, and visitors.
* Demonstrated experience in school administration (essential).
* Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands effectively.
* High proficiency in Google Suite for Education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional telephone manner and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Commitment to the ethos, values, and mission of Catholic education.


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in school or office administration (essential).
* Current First Aid Certificate.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* Willingness to comply with Child Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
* Appointment subject to a satisfactory National Police Record Check.
