Are you an experienced Data Entry/Administration Officer looking for your next opportunity in the commercial construction industry?
Our client, a well-regarded construction company based at Melbourne Airport, is seeking immediate support due to a reduction in current CA capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy and varied role where your skills will make an immediate impact.
6 week Temp Assignment – Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
Commencing in the first week of January
Location: Melbourne Airport
What you'll be doing
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Managing and reviewing variations
Preparing and typing contract templates
Handling data entry and project documentation
Supporting with construction insurances and liability requirements
About you
Experience in commercial construction is essential
Strong administration / data entry background
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Confident with systems, data entry, and reporting
Experience working with SAP or Excel
