Are you an organised, proactive and confident Personal Assistant looking for flexibility and a supportive, close-knit team environment?
We are partnering with a fantastic company based in Fitzroy that is seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative and operational support.
The Opportunity
This is a flexible part-time role offering 20 hours per week, with the option to work:
* 3 full days, or
* 4 days (10:00am – 3:00pm)

Key Responsibilities
* Managing the Managing Director's diary and appointments
* Screening and handling calls
* Managing inbox and email correspondence
* Coordinating meetings and preparing documentation
* Assisting with general administration and office coordination
* Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
About You
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant or in Administration
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator (written and verbal)
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
