**Job Title:** Administration Officer
**About the Role:
* Toorak Primary School is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to work in their front office.
* This full-time position involves a range of administrative tasks, including general telephone duties and maintaining and updating office records.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming families, students, staff, and visitors with warmth and respect.
2. Conducting induction processes for school visitors or tradespeople on school operational health and safety procedures when required.
3. Supporting or coordinating the preparation of standard routine internal and external systems processing, data entry, financial processing, and communication according to school procedures and operations.
**Requirements:
* Australian work rights are essential for this position.
* A good knowledge of computer systems is necessary.
* Some knowledge of Department of Education Cases21 software package is preferable but not necessary.
* A valid Working with Children Check is mandatory.
**Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday during school terms with paid annual leave throughout school holidays. They will be expected to collaborate and communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently with leadership, teachers, ES staff, and external providers.
