Executive Assistant – Government Sector - 6 month initial contract with view to extend

Are you a highly organised professional with a passion for supporting senior executives? Our government client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management for their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complex diaries, coordinating meetings, appointments, and commitments efficiently.
* Organise domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.
* Support executives with ad hoc administrative tasks, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.

What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a corporate or government environment.
* Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and exercise discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
