Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and invoices.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
* Schedule and perform deliveries.
* Ensure prompt and timely delivery.
* Prepare and pack orders for dispatch.
* Update and manage inventory records.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or office administration (preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills for dealing with customers.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Valid driver's license (essential).
* Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player.
