Mulgrave Country Club is a long standing and vibrant venue in the heart of Wheelers Hill, recognised for its high-quality sporting, gaming and hospitality facilities and its strong commitment to the local community.
We are currently seeking an HR & Administration Manager in a key leadership role supporting our people, culture and office operations with a focus on recruiting, training and educating our leaders. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the HR function, provide guidance to managers, and ensure the smooth day to day administration across the Club.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end HR life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance, and offboarding
Support managers with employee relations, performance management, payroll and workplace issues
Maintain compliance with awards, legislation and workplace policies
Coordinate training, development and WHS requirements
Oversee office administration duties, systems, and HR records
Assist the CEO with organisational development, policy updates and change initiatives
About You
Proven HR generalist experience ideally in hospitality, clubs or service industries
Knowledge of IR/ER legislation and confidence handling sensitive employee matters
Exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships
A qualification in Human Resources or similar is required
