**About this role**:
Our client is seeking an organised, proactive individual to join their rapidly growing team as an Office Administrator across the Head Office and Production teams. The role is responsible for providing a range of administrative and customer support services for the Management, Sales, Marketing and Production teams, ensuring all inquiries are efficiently attended to, and appropriately directed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General office duties including diary management and monitoring the inbox
- Supporting management with day-to-day activities
- Assisting with quotes and estimates
- Answering phone calls and addressing or re-directing inquiries
- Maintaining internal database
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
**Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in administration within high-end furniture is highly advantageous
