The role
Location: Liverpool NSW (On-site)
Duration: 3 month contract
Pay Rate: $33.70 – $42.26 per hour + super
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours per week)

About the Role: An excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer to join a NSW Government organisation to provide administrative, clerical, and frontline client service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and assistance to clients face‐to‐face, via phone, and in writing
- Prepare matters for hearings, including
- Notifying parties
- Coordinating interpreters, reporting services, and travel arrangements
- Draft routine correspondence in line with established protocols
- Accurately input and manage data within case management systems
- Maintain, store, retrieve, and archive files in accordance with records management standards
- Liaise with internal departments and registry staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Escalate complex matters where appropriate
- Stay informed of relevant procedures, legislation, and contribute to service improvements
About You
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities
- Confident using databases, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with additional needs
- Solid clerical and organisational skills
- Team-focused with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Awareness of when to elevate issues and follow established procedures
