An exciting prospect exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior People & Culture leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide proactive and professional support to the Group People Executive
- Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings (internal and external), and coordinate travel arrangements
- Monitor and manage high-volume inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation
- Prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas/minutes
- Maintain and update shared drives, policies, org charts, and internal documentation
- Coordinate HR administrative processes including onboarding, contracts, and probation tracking
- Reconcile monthly AMEX statements and assist with budget tracking and invoice approvals
- Support internal initiatives including service recognition, team events, and community partnerships
- Liaise with external stakeholders and consultants as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards

About You

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator supporting senior leaders
- Background in HR, people & culture, or professional services highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and expense systems (e.g., Concur or similar) advantageous
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in HR and business operations
