**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant, who prides themselves on providing effective and efficient support.
Supporting the CEO you will be responsible for:
- Prioritize and ensure that reports, business papers, and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly
- Diary management
- Board preparation and management
- Filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence
- Credit card reconciliations
- Scheduling board meetings
- Check agenda and supportive documents and notes
- Manage committee and board papers
- Identify and take any follow-up action arising from the notes that are required
- Assists with letters and presentations
- Carry out administrative projects as allocated
**Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in a similar Executive Assistant position
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
