Executive Assistant – Permanent & Flexible Small successful property business in Melbourne’s Inner West

· Office based in Yarraville
In this role, you will support Cate Bakos, a business owner and buyers advocate, in a diverse and service-driven administrative role. Your self-sufficiency and planning skills will help you succeed, but we also value a collaborative team environment.
Generally, your day will include:
* Calendar and diary management for Cate
* Managing client onboarding, documentation, and property feedback, including search documents, sales contracts, inspections, rental appraisals, and due diligence items
* Managing agent and off-market database
* Property searching
* Local council/planning due diligence and calls
* Pre-settlement final inspections
* Routine emails, administration, and reception duties
On a technical level, you will:
* Communicate confidently with clients and third parties such as conveyancers, solicitors, property managers, mortgage brokers, financial planners, and quantity surveyors
* Perform reporting, sales analysis, and property appraisals
* Conduct research projects as needed
Depending on your experience and goals, there may be opportunities to assist with auction bidding and support this process, with potential bonuses or fees.
Your attention to detail, reliability, and customer service skills are essential. We are open to developing your skills if you are a good team fit.
Ideally, we are seeking:
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, Real Estate PA, Office Administrator, Travel Agent, or similar
* Practical property experience (valuer, property manager, investor)
* Strong accuracy, organization, and touch-typing skills
* Experience in the property sector (preferred)
* Australian Work Rights
