**Executive Assistant - Financial Crime Operations & Group Audit**
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Financial Crime Operations and Group Audit leaders in Southbank, Australia. This pivotal role requires exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
**About the Role**:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective project execution. Your ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work autonomously will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for efficient information retrieval
- Oversee office operations, including supplies inventory and vendor coordination
- Assist in property operational activities and drive execution of related projects
- Support key stakeholders by managing incoming requests and coordinating workflows
- Provide administrative assistance to leaders in the Financial Crime Operations and Solutions team
**About you**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
