Multiple vacancies are available across various departments and business units.In these roles, you will:Perform high-level, confidential administrative tasksManage complex calendar scheduling and correspondenceCoordinate travel, visa applications, and expensesCompile reports, presentations, and statistical informationSupport day-to-day office managementYou will provide operational and administrative support to directors and executive teams across various departments, including Upstream, Downstream, and Services. They are seeking candidates who can commit to a full-time assignment in Saudi Arabia for a minimum of two years. Start dates will align with notice periods, medical clearance, and onboarding timelines later in 2025.About youWe are seeking candidates who have provided high-level support to senior executives in a multinational or large corporate setting.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in an Administrator/EA/PA/Secretary/ Office or Practice Manager roleExperience supporting Directors, CEOs, or senior executivesNo constraints preventing relocation within 3–6 monthsAbility to provide a clean police clearance and pass medical/drug testingIf successful, you will be invited to attend a face-to-face onboarding workshop in Sydney from the 7th to the 11th of July.
