**General Office Support Role**
This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including general office duties, accounts payable and receivable, and data entry.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Updating licenses and inductions for staff and subcontractors
* Accounts payable & receivable, i.e. billing, reconciliation & invoicing
* Ordering uniforms & groceries
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a similar field
* Software skills are essential, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage
* Strong customer service skills
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
