**About us**

We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the CEO.
**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Provide general executive support and high level administrative duties to the Chief Executive Officer
- Liaise internally and externally with stakeholders and effective management of relationships
- Prepare high quality correspondence, reports, agendas, presentations and other documents as required by the Chief Executive Officer
- Undertake research on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and prepare briefing papers and reports

As a highly organised individual and effective communicator, you are energised in busy environments and thrive on problem-solving, collaborative relationships and being flexible.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering high quality, professional executive support services to senior executives
- Have well-developed interpersonal skills with a positive diplomatic approach, political savvy and the ability to establish productive working relationships with a variety of people
- Have excellent knowledge and high level of ability in correspodance and report writing.
- Have a tertiary qualification

This role is covered by the BRIMBANK CITY COUNCIL ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 9, 2021 EA9.
