Role
Due to a company restructure and subsequent growth, this organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/Executive who can support the HR Manager with tasks nationally, but who is also capable and confident in providing basic EA support to the Managing Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
* EA support to the MD
* Management of recruitment activities nationally
* Assist the management team with strategic HR initiatives
* Management of strategic growth projects
* Management of junior office staff
* Coordinate client and internal events
* Support a positive and engaging culture
* Management of key policies and procedures
* Management of annual performance reviews
* Management and execution of the Graduate Program
* Staff engagement and succession planning
About You
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have strong experience in a HR Advisor, Executive or Coordinator position. Previous experience as a PA or EA would be highly advantageous also.
