K.H. Equipment Pty Ltd is a wholly Australian-owned manufacturer of Austart Air Starters, and the exclusive Australian Distributor of Ktech Suspension products. We are a long established group and for the past 46 years we have been very successful producing and supplying quality products to markets both in Australia and Internationally.

We are searching for a very capable and proactive Finance & Administration Officer to join our high-performing team. This role is available for Full-Time employment, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- **Finance and Payroll**_
- Processing of accounts payables and assisting with accounts receivables.
- Bank accounts reconciliations and cash-flow management.
- Assistance with credit account controls.
- Assistance with month-end and sales reporting.
- Maintaining personnel records to meet employee, organisation and statutory requirements and entitlements.
- End-to-end payroll processing, superannuation and leave entitlements.
- Ad-hoc reporting and finance tasks.
- **General Administration and Operations**_
- Contribute to drafting and maintenance of internal policies and procedures complying with ISO9001 Quality Systems.
- Assist in the implementation of expanding our software system throughout the organisation.
- Organising travel arrangements both domestic and international for Sales team.
- Troubleshooting of office technology and liaising with support companies such as IT, Telstra etc.
- Assist with Reception coverage.
- Providing administrative support as directed.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in similar role.
- Working proficiency with ERP software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and handle varying responsibilities whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Working with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and inclusive and work well in a team which is committed to a shared purpose of growth and improvement.
- Self-motivated with ability to set and meet goals, strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- **Desirable**_
- Experience in Sage X3 ERP software
- Demonstrated understanding of ISO9001 Quality Systems

- Monday to Friday
