Healthcare administration is fast paced and our Maternity clerical are an integral part of the team. The administration staff are the first people our patients and families are greeted by and therefore an asset to the Monash Women's Service.
The position is full time and/or part time ongoing.
Clinic operating hours at 8.30 to 5pm
**Monash Women’s Clayton**
We are an outpatient maternity clinic providing a comprehensive range of health services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne’s south east.
**About You**
You are a proactive, experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively in autonomous role. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.
You can demonstrate:
- Proven administration experience at a high level
- A qualified and kind customer service driven individual who deals with patients with compassion, kindness and respect
- Excellent clerical/keyboard and computer skills, including demonstrated skills and Microsoft Word and Excel, with a high attention detail
- Proactive, organised and can work autonomously as well as in a team
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Administrative support to the administration officer and medical staff as appropriate
- Superior interpersonal skills
