Job Opportunity: Restructuring Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Restructuring Expert. This role will involve working on complex and high-profile advisory and insolvency engagements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
* Performing detailed financial and operational analysis to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options
* Supporting the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans
* Building and reviewing financial models and preparing client-ready reports and presentations
* Assisting with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations and trade-on strategies
* Preparing detailed reports for a variety of stakeholders including lenders, boards, and regulators
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
* CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion)
* A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services or a similar field
